2. Products
Frankie sells decorative fashion accessories, including button covers and similar clothing accessories.
Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and production batches. This does not constitute a defect.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in NOK (Norwegian kroner) and include VAT (merverdiavgift) unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before payment.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, technical mistakes, or sold-out items.
4. Order and Agreement
An order becomes binding once you receive an order confirmation email.
If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount.
Customers must be 18 years or older, or have consent from a legal guardian.
5. Payment
We accept payment through approved payment providers shown at checkout (e.g., card payment, Vipps, Klarna, etc.).
The amount will be charged when the order is processed or shipped, depending on the payment method.
6. Delivery
We ship within Norway.
Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather conditions, or events outside our control (force majeure).
Risk passes to the customer once the package has been delivered to the delivery address or pickup point.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cancellation Right)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item, according to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

9. Complaints and Defects
